OMG this is so wonderfully, factually and thoughtfully written! AGREE! AGREE! AGREE! Social media (esp Twitter & Linkedin) have enabled me the blessing of stumbling upon, being referred to and successfully researching & finding many like-minded, interesting, fascinating, intellectual and professional persons of color that I just normally don't have an opportunity to interact with during the course of my regular day while working in my predominantly all-white work/client environment AND my predominantly all-Black family/home environment.

I have learned so much from listening to and sharing with so many dynamic Black Professionals from all types of professions, geographies, religions and walks of life. BUT agree with authors, we do need to be mindful of what we tweet and whom we tweet to, ie I'm sure we all know our colleagues, clients, family, personal friends, activism associations, church members etc CANNOT all be included as ONE audience.
